The Service Excellence Blueprint
Petaling Jaya, Selangor
8th & 9th June 2026

In today’s competitive business environment, customer service is the lifeblood of every organization.

Regardless of how outstanding a product or service may be, without excellent customer service, customer loyalty cannot be sustained.

Service excellence must exist at every customer touchpoint. There are three critical stages where exceptional service is required:
1. Pre-Sales Service – Creating positive first impressions and building trust.
2. After-Sales Service – Strengthening relationships after purchase.
3. Internal Customer Service – Ensuring seamless support among departments.

When all three stages operate with excellence, organizations create sustainable competitive advantage.

This highly interactive programme is designed to bring out the best service mindset in every participant. It incorporates selected principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to enhance communication, emotional intelligence, and customer management skills.

The key objective is simple yet powerful:
To develop service professionals who consistently deliver excellence — whether serving external clients or internal stakeholders.

Interconnected Regulatory Obligations:
How It Impacts Your Business Survival In The E-Invoice Era
Petaling Jaya, Selangor
10th June 2026

In the past, a company could fix a "Tax problem" without ever worrying about "data problem", those days are over. Today, companies can no longer view these as separate issues. We have entered an era of interconnected regulatory obligation, where data obtained from one source (e.g., e-Invoice) can instantly trigger compliance flags in another (such as Stamp Duty, Service Tax, or PDPA).

The government is moving toward highly digital visibility, effectively ending the history of hidden transactions. The key tool for this dragnet is e-Invoicing, a real-time tax declaration system that began implementation in 2024. It serves as the digital backbone that connects every transaction to the broader compliance boundary.

OBJECTIVE:
To date, your various departments are operating separately with their own SOP and preference. Your finance department is focusing on e-Invoice implementation, SST, Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing. Whereas your legal team is worrying about PDPA, AMLA, and MACC liability. Meanwhile, HR is concerned about the Gig Workers Bill and Immigration compliance.

But the real risk isn't in these individual lists—it is that the regulators are now talking to each other. LHDN, Customs, SSM, MACC, MCMC, and the Immigration Department are integrating their data. A single discrepancy in your e-Invoice can now trigger a domino effect. E.g., foreign workers' wages, which may expose a hidden Immigration violation and sparking AMLA investigation.

The goal of this workshop is to provide integrated compliance training that meets most of the department's needs. We will alert your company to understand the regulatory landscape so they don't comply in one area but breach the law in another.

MBRS Ver.2 -
Practical Hands-on Application of Financial Statement Content into the MBRS TEMPLATES for Accounting and Company
Secretarial Personnel
Petaling Jaya, Selangor
15th & 16th June 2026

Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) is implementing a platform based on eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format for companies to do its annual submissions (Annual Return and Financial Statements) known as Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS).

They have revised to version 2 incorporating the requirements of the 2022 version of the International Financial Reporting Standard Taxonomy (IFRS Taxonomy 2022) and the local reporting concepts in accordance with requirements under the current Companies Act 2016, past Companies Act 1965 and applicable approved accounting standards in Malaysia as issued by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (MASB).

Hence, MBRS 2.0 is also developed to enable those companies who have not been filing the past years return, before the coming into effect of the CA 2016, and facilitating them to fulfil their FS filing compliance with the old 1965.

Companies are required to prepare, validate, and upload their annual returns (AR), financial statements and reports (FS), and exemption applications (EA) related to the FS and AR in eXtensible XBRL using MBRS 2.0.

It is compulsory for all companies to file in their Audited Financial Statement through the MBRS platform w.e.f. 1st June 2025, regardless whether the financial year end falls before or after the effective date of CA 2016.

Hence, this training workshop is to enable participants to gain an understanding of the latest Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) Preparation Tool (mTool), used in the filing of financial statements (FS) for submission to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

PROCESS OF FILING WITH SSM
The parties involved in the filing are (a) the Maker and (b) the Lodger who must be the License Company Secretary. The roles are, the maker do the filling up of the various MBRS templates, validate it, correction of error, creation of the XBRL zip file and upload it electronically to the lodger for him/her to approve and lodge with SSM. Both the maker and the lodger can be the same or different person. For cost effectiveness and efficiency purposes, the filling of the MBRS template process can be expanded to another party (Preparer), with no direct association to the Maker and Lodger in the MBRS system electronically. They can be companies own Accounting staffs or some other freelance accounting firm personnel.
